1. Services

Peak Services provides DutchNewcomer.nl (tax signal monitoring) and DutchNewcomer.com (fiscal calculation tools) as SaaS products for informational purposes. Our services do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice.

2. Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed annually for the chosen plan (Starter, Complete or Premium)
• A 14-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. A payment method is required to start the trial; you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being charged
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law

3. Acceptable use

• Accounts are for individual use only; credentials must not be shared
• Bulk scraping, API abuse, or reselling our content is prohibited
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Disclaimer

DutchNewcomer provides general fiscal information only. We are not licensed tax advisors. Always verify information with a certified belastingadviseur (tax consultant) before taking any tax decisions. Peak Services accepts no liability for decisions made based on our platform outputs.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
